Cinco de Mayo in Jacksonville

Ladies and gentlemen I have to get better at capturing photos but I was pleased to see patrons from all walks of life enjoy their meals while a family even had a birthday shout out.

We waited a bit... our waitress was absolutely terrible. My husband waved for the waitress to come and get his empty glass to get a different drink and instead she brought him another. Also, no silverware onTable, .. Food is good but this chic was terrible...

Restaurant was moderately crowded for a Sunday. Both the Hostess and my waitress were nice, but not exactly customer friendly. The food was delicious, plentiful and economical.

Great food real fresh Mexican food. I come here a lot and always get a ton of food. The drinks are amazing. Staff always friendly.

Legit the best Mexican food !! But what really makes this place great is Robert - the bartender.. he’s so friendly and makes awesome drinks! The chips and salsa are delicious and the portions are massive ☺️

Great food and great service. The salsa and quest are some of the best I’ve had. The only bad thing is that when I ordered the beef quesadillas, the beef was a little dry, but it still had great flavors. Very nice staff too.

Love to come here on taco Tuesdays or Thursdays for $1 tacos. My son eats all the complimentary chips so they are always on the ball bringing us more! Deals on drinks are good too. Build a good repore with your waiters and start asking to sit in their section every time. The good ones WILL take care of u🤫🤗

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. I placed an order online and when I received my order I was missing over half my order, and the items I did get were wrong. I called and tried to speak to someone about this issue to which I kept being told "I packed the bag". Clearly it wasn't packed right, so after 20 minutes of going back and forth with this man I just hung up and took the loss 🤦I ate the one item I did get that was wrong and I felt like I was eating overpriced and under seasoned taco bell. Save your time and money.

If you want inexpensive food. They have 99 cent tacos on Tuesdays and Thursday. They're pretty good for the money

Queso fundido con chorizo, Alambres and tacos... Very very good. The Atlantic Blvd location has been consistently tasty and quick with excellent service.It can take a few minutes to be seated, I think their hostesses also help bus tables etc.They do carry Pepsi products not Coke so keep that in mind.

Geat place for a nice diner and relaxing time. The service is great always and the food outstanding.

Carry out took over hour and half! Told it would take 40 mins when I called in the order.

Very disorganized with to go orders. They also should still be offering curbside, too many people inside and around door! Some not wearing masks- employees?? They put lemon on top of cup without being covered, had them redo?? Food fair, but all soggy in 1 container.

This place is the best Mexican food I have tasted. Friendly staff, over and beyond service. Just 😎 cool!!!

You will not be disappointed here. This place is absolutely great tasting food. This is a 5 star Mexican restaurant and it’s great. You can taste the quality of the food they put out.

The service and server was very rude we had to wait 20 minutes to get our menu's. The server started to argue with the hostess so he took 20 minutes to get chips and salsa by the time we got the chips and salsa I was already wanting to leave. He kept on looking at us whenever he came out of the kitchen there was a couple who came in after us, and they got their food before us and we still were waiting for him to put the order in. By the time we got the food I was full from two servings of chips and salsa when I got my tacos he gave me rice and bean which I didn't order I order lettuce and onions and cheese. He acted like I didn't. I was disappointed in how we were treated.

I love 🌮 TUESDAY! Picked my daughter up from Landmark and took her to a quick lunch. Was under $11.00 for the both of us to eat 6 taco's and a side of rice. Let's not forget about the free chips and salsa.

Food was great! Highly recommend the Nacho Supreme!!

Excellent food and service, We made a family date night on every Tuesday Nights, It’s amazing how much they care about their guests and food is always fresh and hot. Have a drink or two as they are made to make you feel happy.

My family love it. We visited at least once a month to eat good Mexican food. Highly recomended

Easily a favorite Mexican stop for us! The food taste great, generous portions, usually great service. I will say the atmosphere could be a little better if they were more consistent on music volume and television content. Other than that, food is close to authentic on things I have had and are delicious even when they are not traditional. We used to go elsewhere but this is our new favorite go to when we are in the mood for Mexican food.

Great fajitas and quesadillas! They use a good amount of seasoning but not too much, the salsa is great but on the spicy side with jalapenos. I wasn't a big fan of their ground beef dishes like beef tacos or beef nachos but the chicken and steak dishes are always good. They also give you a lot of food for a good price. One of my favorite Mexican places this side of Jacksonville.

Our service was great. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. House made sangria was excellent complete with fresh fruit frozen to chill the drink.

Great food, has good portions, cheap cheap cheap. Free chips and salsa. Cheese is to die for. Fast service, kind and attending waitress. Five out five stars!! Does not make all food "hot", instead offers options of heat per preference. My friend says "its like the best mexican ive ever had". Authentic atmosphere as well!

Waiter didn't speak much English so we had communication problems. Food is average.

We love this place. And tonight (3-9-20) we had a last minute birthday get together with over 20 people. The ONE waitress that served us was amazing. She may have gotten flustered or overwhelmed, but she didn't show it one bit. She was so professional and on point with her smile! Thank you!

I enjoy great authentic Mexican food and Cinco Dr Mayo is definitely one of those places to thoroughly enjoy the flavors and the spices of the food.

Friendly attentive service! Always high quality ingredients. We love everything we get there. I usually get the beef tacos. I think three of them is only $4.99! The facility is clean from the dining room to the bathroom. Not only is the food delicious but it’s served fast too! Highly recommend!

Normally the food is great. This time my husband and I went in and got a combination dinner #4 and I asked the waitress for queso instead of the red sauce on the enchilada. I also asked for chicken instead of beef. When the food arrived 30 minutes after ordering there was red sauce on the enchilada and everything was beef. We could not find out waitress to say anything. She took forever to bring us the check and by that time we were both to frustrated to even care. We tried to eat our food but it was not good because we do not like the beef. Very dissatisfied.

2 for 7dollars margaritas on taco Tuesday and they're good.

Authentic, absolutely amazing! My 15 yr old daughter's burrito was ginormous!! So good! This is the left over!

Reminds me of Los Cucaos in Houston. I am editing my review because I came back and loved the food so much I used them for my vow renewal. Everyone raved about the food and there was so much for my small group I felt I got a great deal for my money. The manager is awesome to work with and I am so happy we choose them.

Love this place! Dollar tacos and 2.50 drafts on tuesday and happy hour. Staff is so nice.

Huevos con chorizo was absolutely amazing. I was expecting Americanized food and what I got was just like home. I will absolutely be back. This place has a great family feel and great prices for the amount of food you receive.

My wife and I were in the area and decided to eat here after running some errands. We both got the Chimichanga lunch special. We had more than enough food. My wife brought a good amount home with her. Everything was prepared very well and served hot. The waiter was very pleasant. The atmosphere was upbeat with Mexican music playing. The food looked to be pretty authentic. I would definitely come back the next time we visit the Jacksonville area.

Had dinner last night it was great you get a ton of food. Had a ton of left overs. The drinks were very strong. We had a large group the server was good
